Terms and conditions

• CONDITIONS OF PLAY:
  1. Rules per AANA
  2. Umpiring - Each team must supply a capable umpire, suitably attired, to umpire their association team
  3. All Western Districts Netball Association By-Laws will apply
  4. All teams must wear their registered uniform and correct positional patches
  5. All players must be registered with Netball Queensland
  6. Medals will be presented in groups of 10 for Winners and Runners Up in each Division
• Withdrawals Refunds:
  - Team withdrawals must be confirmed to WDNA via email - admin@westsnetball.org prior to the event. Failure to notify WDNA will result in 100% of the nomination/registration fee being retained.
  - If a team withdraws more than 30 calendar days prior to the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be retained.
  - If a team withdraws within 30 calendar days or less prior to the event date, 100% of the nomination fee will be retained.

• All nominating associations must be current financial members of Netball Queensland to be eligible to participate in the event.
• It is the responsibility of each association to ensure that all players and officials are correctly registered in Netball Connect with their own association prior to taking the court.
