  • 4 courts re being resurfaced.  The resurfacing is nearly done and the line marking will commence soon.  It will be good to have access to all 20 courts again.
  • Brick walls in the admin building have been rendered
  • Paining is in progress - walls in the canteen and front office area are done.  Main toilets still to be completed.
  • Vinyl flooring has been laid throughout.
  • New cabinetry has been ordered - waiting to hear about an installation date.
  • New equipment (oven, dishwasher, deep fryers) for the canteen have been ordered.  Dishwasher is being installed in 19/12
  • We are hoping to move the cold room to the back of the building and put benches/ a prep area int he space where the current canteen is.  We need council approval to do this.  We've applied - fingers crossed it is approved and we can install a new cold room in January
  • We are hoping to upgrade our electrical switchboard as we are close to our current capacity.  Origin have advised there is no space capacity at the Leybourne Street substation.  We're investigating further.
  • New security system has been ordered.
  • We've given the go ahead to have an e-switch installed for the courts lights - this will allow us to to set up a schedule for the lights and control them remotely.

RACQ Working Bee.
Thank you to RACQ Foundation and Volunteers who helped.
In addition to staff who worked on the day,
the RACQ provided the materials, paint, coppers logs and mulch for the garden.
They also kept us fed on the day.
