Do you know a coach, manager or coordinator who deserves recognition for their hard work and passion?
We are excited to announce our new Volunteer of the Month initiative. The program is designed to shine a spotlight on the incredible volunteers who are the backbone of our netball community. Each month, we will be recognising one outstanding volunteer who has gone above and beyond.
Nominations open at the start of each month, and anyone from WDNA can nominate a deserving individual. Entries close at the end of the month, and the winner will be selected in the first week of the following month. The Volunteer of the Month will receive a $20 voucher to the WDNA canteen.
Criteria
1. Commitment - how dedicated they are to their volunteer role.
2. Impact - the difference they make in the lives of those around them.
3. Initiative and Innovation - their ability to bring fresh ideas and solutions.
4. Collaboration - how well they work with others in the WDNA community.
